A position in our Leadership Team is the result of hard work and dedication to training in our school. The acceptance to the team is a significant responsibility and isn't taken lightly. These students meet on a monthly basis, plan and discuss various events offered throughout the Dojo. As a community oriented martial arts school, we depend our Leadership Team to help maintain our high standards of  “Martial Art Excellence” and serve as role-models for other students. Our goal remains to provide the very best training for our students and this requires a motivated and talented Leadership Team.

As part of the tradition and heritage of the martial arts, students have always assisted the instructors as part of the learning process. In doing so, members of our Leadership Team take  tremendous pride when helping and teaching other students. This program also promotes the building of leadership skills, strong character development, and overall positive social values.
